2. MEASURE YOUR FINGER CIRCUMFERENCE
2.1. Wrap a piece of string or paper around the finger you intend to buy a ring for. Mark where the ends meet.
2.2. Measure the marked length with a metric ruler. Use the Size conversion chart below to find your ring size.

Product information
Our jewellery is made of silver and plated with rhodium and gold. Over time, plating may lose its shine. We offer a two-year warranty, specifically covering discoloration within the initial two years from the date of purchase. To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at hello@mishkajewellery.com.
Beyond the two-year warranty period, customers can still send their jewelry for plating, with additional costs applying. It’s our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and maintaining the beauty of your Mishka pieces. For any warranty claims or plating inquiries, reach out to our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to our service center for warranty claims or plating services. We recommend proper packaging and insurance for the safe transit of your items.

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by MISHKA. Our aim is to fulfil all orders in the time scale indicated above, but please note that longer shipping times can occur due to unforeseen reasons.
If we foresee significant delays in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please also note that MISHKA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are under the customer's responsibility.
MISHKA is also not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
